Welcome to SPINFOSYS. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of IT equipment (including laptops, desktops, servers, and other hardware accessories) by SPINFOSYS to corporate clients, startups, and individuals. By requesting a quote, signing a rental agreement, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Rental Agreement & Period
- Rental Agreement: Every rental transaction requires a signed physical or digital Rental Agreement contract.
- Rental Term: The rental period starts on the day the equipment is delivered to the client's site and ends on the date specified in the contract.
- Minimum Lock-in: Select rental plans (especially discounted long-term corporate schemes) are subject to a minimum lock-in period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months) as detailed in individual quotes. Early termination may incur partial penalties.
2. Security Deposit & Payments
- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required before delivery, depending on the client profile, quantity of hardware, and financial history. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in good working condition.
- Billing Cycle: Rentals are invoiced monthly in advance. Payments must be cleared within 7 business days of invoice generation.
- Default/Late Payment: Delayed payments will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on outstanding dues.
3. Equipment Use, Maintenance & SLA
- Permitted Use: The client must use the equipment solely for ordinary business/office purposes in accordance with operating guides. Copying or installing pirated software is strictly prohibited.
- Maintenance SLA: SPINFOSYS offers 100% hardware maintenance support. In case of any technical breakdown (not caused by user abuse), we offer support within Delhi NCR:
- On-site technician support within 4–6 hours.
- Hardware replacement/repair within 24 hours if the problem cannot be resolved on-site.
- Theft & Loss: The client is solely responsible for protecting the equipment from physical theft, liquid damage, fire, or accidental damage. Any loss or physical damage must be reimbursed by the client at market replacement cost.
4. Delivery and Returns
- Delivery: SPINFOSYS provides logistics, delivery, setup, and configuration across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad). Delivery charges may apply based on quantity and location.
- Returns: Upon expiration of the lease, the client must return all equipment, chargers, cords, and bags in the same physical condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
5. Limitation of Liability
SPINFOSYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business, or workflow interruptions) arising from hardware downtime or technical failures of rented equipment.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any rental contracts signed under SPINFOSYS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi jurisdiction, India.
