What documents are required for MSME KYC verification? +

For KYC verification, we require: (1) GST Registration Certificate, (2) Company PAN Card, (3) Aadhar Card of the authorized director, and (4) a cancelled cheque or bank statement. This allows us to process your rental contract in 24 hours.

Can we upgrade laptops mid-way through the contract? +

Yes. If your software engineers require more processing capacity (e.g. moving from a ThinkPad L14 to a MacBook Pro or Dell Precision), we facilitate a mid-contract upgrade. Your monthly rental invoice is adjusted accordingly from the replacement date.

Is there a penalty for returning laptops early? +

For flexible contracts, early returns require 15 days of notice without penalties. For long-term committed contracts (e.g. 12-month lock-in), early returns may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract duration.
